Neither of those scenarios fit. I have a very high quality multi-mode charger, and taking the battery to the shed for an overnight charging once a week or so would be simple.
I think I’m seeing the "bigger picture" rather quickly! An engine with all the "Bells & Whistles" might be fun, but is it worth the effort? I’m rapidly leaning towards "no".
