      If I was going to build it, I’d remove the ratchet assembly for the kick starter from the crankshaft and machine an adapter to fit that using the end of the outboard crankshaft to mate with the driveshaft. Then it would just need a few brackets to attach it to the lower unit

        The rope sheave looks like the one they used on the Maytag lawnmower

          My thumbnail sketches are completed; Soon one of my Model 92 Maytags will be turning a LARGE LHR propeller- Wish me LUCK!
