Aside from the odd serial number and plate, it’s obvious it’s a repaint because there is overspray on the tag. So it was green when that was tagged, and maybe not even Chrysler labeled. You can see the speed lever was in the center position when it was painted white, sure seems very non factory, even for a rebadging by Chrysler. Strange
