The bolt that holds the pinion gear on the DS has a very thin head for clearance. Take a 6 point box end wrench & file it flat on the contact side for full contact on the bolt. Many have been stripped using a 12 point & not flattening the bevel. Be sure to use loctite on the threads during assembly. Watch carefully for shims & don’t bend or lose them. They hide on the gears.
