It just struck me that, if the lower unit is missing, you’d better look up inside the hole where it goes and make sure there is a transmission and water pump. (If the transmission is there, you won’t see the pump because it’s above the tranny; but it is likely there.) Those parts are getting harder to find and a little more expensive, and would thus affect the purchase price. Dave probably has those too…
