      I got the the coil and condensor from Old Mercs.com. The points you will need to clean and gap. The water pump is an aluminum impeller. You will need to hand cut all of your gaskets yourself.  Be careful to keep the water tube seals/rubber grommets if you pull the lower end. The lower unit is packed with grease, not oil.

        The Tillotson ME1 carb kit is great. I have read others who have had difficulty with the cork float chamber gasket leaking.  The float is brass. Hope for one without a leak.
