      Try "P" for primer. The later model Sr.Speedster carbs have a primer button under the right side to hold the poppet open when priming and/or starting the engine. Jim Ross

        Keeping the thread going, here are a few others I have that I never can remember their models designations? Of course I know the ’28 Quad! The apple of my collection at the moment.

        The first little motor I got from Jim Ross in a trade. I was thinking it is a 401, maybe?

        The next motor I’m not sure of at all, but I show the serial number. Twin opposed. Sorry no front pic, but they are up against a wall.

        The last one is my Quad.

          The small twin is likely a model 413. Jim Ross is a good guy to talk to about any Elto.
