      the tank is missing the fuel gauge and fuel line. for now make a plate to cover the fuel gauge hole. now for the fuel fitting change it also to anything that works both parts .just me will getn you running.

        Took a closer look today. Layed out a 1/8 alum circle to cut that will fit inside the ring with 4 machine screws. Should be simple, not as simple as cleaning out the black varnish coating the bottom though. Got a light inside and looked thru my borescope, ugly! To trial the engine I think I will use another (clean) tank and slip a bald ended hose over the fuel prong on the engine and secure with a hose clamp. In the end I will get a 3/8-24 male fuel fitting to fit the outlet port on the side of the fitting where the gage might be fitted if I ever find one! Thanks Tom

          remember there is a check valve in the motor fuel connector.

            Dave-Bernard: Oh yea I see it in the exploded view. It may by my lifes work rescuing this tank! Listed as 3 separate pieces of course!
